Jessica Petrie will be joining me to teach teh yoga portion of this workshop. She has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years. She completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga and Ayurveda Teacher Training with Katie O’Connell of Dragonfly Yoga. She is the owner of Yoga Next Door in North Yarmouth, Maine and offers virtual classes at yoga-next-door.com as well as yoga breaks on the Yoga at your Door YouTube Channel.
