Sports Nutrition

Shannon has been a competitive runner for 20 years and has learned how to best fuel herself so that she maximizes her performance and prevents injuries. For the past four years, Shannon has been researching cutting-edge sports nutrition and devising ways for athletes to reach their potential without using highly processed foods as their fuel source. Shannon’s approach to sports nutrition is truly holistic and natural and it has been proving to deliver amazing results for athletes of all levels. Shannon educates athlete clients about how to cycle their food choices around their training, how to fuel for races or events, how to prevent injuries through nutrition, and how to increase strength and stamina through nutrition.
