ShannonLynn Nutrition was born out of the belief that health and wellness are paramount. Nutrition is about taking care of yourself not only by eating healthy foods, but also by prioritizing physical fitness, creating a harmonious home environment, committing to healthy relationships, making time for yourself, managing stress, finding satisfaction in your career, and feeding your spiritual needs.

Over the past six years, I have developed a practice that helps a diverse group of people achieve their health and wellness goals. I want people to feel alive and carefree in a world that can often feel oppressive. My greatest wish is for all people to feel as though they can determine their own well-being, to feel as though they have the steering wheel (not their work, their disease, or their family). At this point, I can confidently assert that ShannonLynn Nutrition has helped women and men, older folks and kids, and people from a wide array of geographical, racial, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds, to feel their absolute best: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually..

At ShannonLynn Nutrition, we use a multifaceted, integrated approach to your health. How can you feel better all together if we only look at one aspect of your health, such as nutrition or stress level? In our nutrition counseling, group services and workshops, retreats, and integrated nutrition and fitness services, we address the many factors that will help you to feel your complete best. The integration is possible with my well-rounded background and the addition of very talented advisors and specialists in fitness, yoga, spirituality, communications, medicine and more.
